SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Each of your products are custom made to order which means that all are your products are made when you order them. 

We handprint each shirt design, and all the other items are crafted and shipped directly to you.

 

Products take 7-10 business days to be made after your order and then it is off to be shipped through the United States Postal Service. We asked that you allow additional time during the holiday seasons as shipping may take longer.

Standard shipping typically takes about 3-6 days.

Please note that Glory Notes is not responsible for any packages lost by the USPS. A tracking number is provided to the e-mail on file once your order is shipped. At that point it is in the hands of USPS and they may be contacted for further follow up.

Thank you for shopping with our small business. Your shirts are not mass produced, they are individually printed and hand packaged with love. Here's a special surprised, your order is prayed over especially for you that the glory will touch your life as your wear your garment to inspire yourself and others. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Glory Notes is not responsible for any custom fees or duties associated with international mail.

Please note- all international orders are taking on average 6-8 weeks to reach their destinations. We appreciate your patience.

Because all orders are made to our we do not accept returns. If there is an error in which Glory Notes made a mistake, we will exchange the item (if it is in stock). We do requests that for all exchanges that you e-mail us at info@glorynotesllc.com with a short video and picture of the error and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
