Our items are custom made. If there is an error due to Glory Notes, we will exchange the item for the same product, if it is still in stock. In the event that the item is not in stock, we will offer a refund. We do ask that you email us a short video snippet of the error along with pictures so that we can ensure we make your order right.
Any items that are damaged, incorrect or missing, please contact our customer service within [3 days] of receiving your order to let us know of the problem, so that we may rectify the situation.
Refunds and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or replacement. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in great condition. However, if you receive a damaged item due to USPS such as a destroyed box, etc. please contact their customer service department.
If you receive an item where our product is damaged due to the error of Glory Notes, please contact our customer service within [3 days] of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue. To initiate the return process for damaged items, please provide clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within [3 days] of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange the return of the incorrect item and the dispatch of the correct one. To initiate the return process for incorrect items, please provide photos of the incorrect item and a description of the error.
All item returns or exchanges must be initiated within [3 days] of receiving your order. Items must be in their original, unused condition.
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost to have the the item shipped back to us if it is NOT OUR error. For example, customer ordered the wrong size. Customers are also responsible for the shipping cost associated with sending the correct size and placing a new order.
Return Instructions:
Packaging: Carefully pack the item you wish to exchange.
Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item reaches us safely.
Payment: Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will provide instructions for payment of the return shipping cost and the shipping cost for sending the correct size.
Upon receiving the returned item and the payment for shipping costs, we will process the exchange and dispatch the correct size. Note: If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, we will either refund the difference or provide instructions for additional payment.
