Our mailing policy for Glory Notes ensures prompt and reliable delivery of orders. All orders are processed within 5-7 business days, and customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once their order has shipped. We offer standard shipping, which typically takes 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order. We currently ship to the continental United States. In the event of a shipping delay, customers will be notified via email. For any issues with delivery, including lost or damaged items, customers should contact USPS and provide the tracking number.​

Customer Responsibility: Please verify that you are entering the correct shipping information when placing your order. 

​If an item is returned by the sender, we will notify you via the e-mail or phone number provided in your profile.

Reshipping Cost: If we have to re-ship an item due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for this cost. These costs may include return shipping fees incurred, as well as the cost of reshipping the order to the correct address.​ We will notify the customer of all the fees associated with this issue.

Shipping fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If the customer no longer wants the item shipped, shipment fees are non-refundable.
